As my 50th year neared I realised that It was going to be necessary to take some immediate action if I was going to be around for another 50.
Via recommendation I contacted the team at Results Training in Bath, to discuss a personalised programme to get me on the road to fitness, my targets were to not only reduce weight but as importantly make significant improvements to both my Cardio ability and core strength.
At the outset Paul assessed my individual ability and introduced me to a varied range of exercises that covered my requirements. In the subsequent 5 months, training has been strenuous but also great fun, and as I have progressed, new exercises and pieces from the extensive range of gym equipment on offer have been regularly introduced to my programme.
Paul’s positive coaching approach has kept me fully motivated and confident to set and achieve personal benchmarks both inside and outside the gym, each session with Paul’s support and encouragement has enabled me push myself that little bit farther.
Results to date have been more than I thought possible with startling improvements in stamina and flexibility and also the all important sustained loss in weight.
I thoroughly enjoy my sessions at Results Training and if you’re looking for a knowledgeable instructor Paul comes highly recommended.

Whilst attending an open evening event at Results Training I was the lucky winner of 3 one-to-one training sessions with one of their personal trainers, Paul Muchall.

‘After completing the 6 week 1-to-1 Ski Fit course with personal trainer Paul and Physio Kirk, I really felt the benefits and wanted to continue with some form of regular training when returning from my holiday.  I decided to join the group sessions run by James and I go along twice a week.  The groups are small and friendly and I was made to feel very welcome.  

Each hour long session is different, which keeps things interesting.  The warm up is followed by a body conditioning circuit and we finish with warm down stretches.  We are encouraged individually to work as hard as we can and the motivation definitely comes from being in a group environment.  As the groups are small, James is able to spend time with each of us to fine tune our technique for maximum benefit.   It combines the feel of personal training with the fun of working as part of a team.
